One of the things I wanted to accomplish when I began my internet business was to give my visitors a better experience than they could find anywhere else. You see, as the mother of four incredible young boys, who are now young men, food is a massive part of our lives. Let's face it, guys love to eat (something I think any mom of teenage boys knows only too well!)
I was diagnosed with MS several years back and I am not able to stand up for long periods of time, which can interfere with cooking and food preparation. However, the guys still need quality food to eat and the need for good food is a paramount fact of life. This basic fact is what inspired me to work on a collection of high quality food and recipe websites.
What I try to reflect in every website I set out to build is plain, simple quality, from the articles on the home page to the recipes in the different categories inside. This is the same whether it is in one of our main course sites like SimpleSaladRecipes.net or one of our dessert sites like MexicanDessertRecipes.net. Pea soup is the perfect way to start a delicious meal, and it also makes a wonderful snack, lunch or supper, which is why this website was especially enjoyable to build.
